Font del Partegat: Pure Nature in the Heart of the Sierra de Aitana
The Font del Partegat, also known as Partagat or Partagás, is one of the most charming spots in the province of Alicante. Located in the municipality of Benifato, this spring flows with crystal-clear waters that descend from the heights of the Sierra de Aitana, the roof of the province. It is a perfect place to breathe fresh air, go hiking, enjoy a picnic under the trees or simply disconnect from the world.
📍 Where is it and how to get there?

It is located at about 1,030 meters above sea level, on the northern face of the Sierra de Aitana.

From Benifato, it is accessed by a paved road of about 4 km that climbs gently between terraced fields and pine forests.

You can also go up on foot from Benifato along a marked 2.5 km trail with 380 meters of elevation gain.
